Gentoo changed a bunch of the qt libs names

Gentoo moved a bunch of the qt libs from x11-libs to dev-qt. Below is a patch that allows either placement:

I am testing this at the moment. If it compiles I will push the change to 0.26 first since that is the version that I use.
