Need to have a couple of shops setup, or even just the one initially. Responds to a command like !shop buy which will cause the "shopkeep" to DM the user a list of items for sale that they can use (level and class restriction) with a price... User replies with the item name and quantity, money is deducted and item is given to the user and the shop's quantity of the item is reduced.

[x] Build !shop buy command to pull the list of available items and check user's on hand cash
