Allow non-registered players to earn litcoins #41

currently if a discord user earns litcoins for talking, if they dont have a character, then the coins arent added... Maybe add a registered flag on character table and on coin earnt, check if character exists, if not, create a 0 stat character and put coins in it and change register command to check for flag
