Add locations and travelling #95

Looking to add locations into the game which will allow for different monsters to spawn for different locations. As well as different shops as well as other future features.

[x] Create Location Database
[x] Add travel flag to character table
[ ] Add locations
[ ] Add connecting locations for a map
[ ] Link monster spawns to locations
[ ] Add travel time restrictions between areas

For time restrictions, if a player chooses to travel between areas, There should be a brief time out while they are traveling, E.g 5 minutes - to display as 'Travelling the roads'
