YouCompleteMe support #10

The YouCompleteMe plugin supports UltiSnips completion. However, the completer doesn't seem to work with this fork.

IMHO we should work on common interfaces/APIs. I personally don't use YouCompleteMe. I also don't think that I'll have time to fix this soon.
