https://npackd.appspot.com is a package manager for Windows. We can create a huge xml file telling it how to install vim plugins. VAM could support it by prefixing "vim-" to packages.

NPackD does support dependencies.

This is a reminder that I want this to happen.

NPackD also knows how to install Vim, git and more tools.
