Add a license #129

There is no LICENSE file present. If there is no license, then default copyright laws apply. This means that nobody else may reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

In my case, I would not be allowed to publish a .vimrc file with the SetupVAM() function on my repository. See http://choosealicense.com/no-license/ for more information.

If you want a permissive license (which might be what you intended by not adding a license), then you might want to look into the MIT License.

The fact that the README recommends doing so might be a hint. It would be very insane propagating it while at the same time disallowing it. I guess that lawyers all over the world would agree on that.

I hope that 'same as vim' is good enough.

Thanks for not suing me :yum: , I was just trying to make sure it's safe to use it. You might want to include the vim license text from here in the LICENSE.txt.
