tell users how to uninstall addons #36

Hi there,

This probably isn't exactly what you want, but it would be nice to have some clear guidance on how to uninstall VAM addons.

Ok, thanks! I made a new version with the changes you suggested.

03c8f763b999a01a1491a095722cc558dc5d2644 in my branch "uninstallInstructions".

I wasn't sure of the right workflow... should I modify my vim-addon-manager fork's master branch with a non-fast-forward push? I created that new branch instead. Let me know if you'd like a new pull request.
