User feedback on Record Create #14

Issue

There is no feedback when a resource is created to make user aware the create succeeded.

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to Item Management Tab
Fill in form to create new Class/Lesson/Student
Click Create

Expected behavior

User is alerted in some way to the success/failure of this action

Observed behavior

Nothing on the page changes leading to multiple clicks (and duplicate resources created)
