Cleaned up all RT_extractor<type>::{type,value_type} #178

As suggested in issue #162, I cleaned up all RT_extractor::{type,value_type} in favor of NSL::RealTypeOf.

I tested a Debug and Release modes of this version and it works. Maybe macOS users should also compile and run it before merging
