The title says it all, we need to add a chemical potential for the Hubbard fermion matrix.

Open Questions

Where to put the mu: Diagonal or exp(i Phi) or to the hopping?
- Scalar multiply with exp(delta*mu) to the exp(i Phi) as convention
Is the particle or the hole positively charged i.e. comes with + mu?
- Particles come with a exp(+delta*mu)
