New ported from upstream 2.2.0

Adding prefix, suffix and middle name to contacts

Fixes ported from upstream 2.2.0

fix(GoogleDriveAPIService): Make sure target path is not a shared folder
fix(GoogleCalendarAPIService): Sanitize calendar name
