0.5.9 - New KML Exporter #118

Replace the old crummy hacky KML exporter with a newer fancier shinier, more functional one.

New features:

append(), extend() functions (Locations, containers, lists of locations)
Can consume Containers or regular location objects.
different pin icons for saddles, summits, runoffs, spot elevations
Proper Folders based on type (forced conformity)
Duplication detection based on type/location
new file (ditch dataexport.py)

Stretch Goals:

Linker walk paths
KML reader (probably not tho..)
Different icons for basin saddles.
Ability to read an entire domain and render it as such
