disableable update notices #83

Please describe the problem I don't need a notification every time I start my computer stating that my clock widget can be upgraded.

Describe the solution you'd like to see A toggle for this in the settings menu.

Notes Every time KDE crashes, or I restart the desktop due to a glitch, I get the clock telling me it can be updated with a notification. That's like getting a specific notification saying your mouse cursor icon can be changed to a new one each time you start up your compputer, but you have to go to a website and change it yourself.

PS: That wasn't meant to be rude, just attempting to emphasize the importance of this a little.

Is there any reason you do not simply want to upgrade?

@MarcinOrlowski It's not that I don't want to upgrade, it's that I don't want a notification for a singular clock widget. If it needs to update, allow me to update it.

After a thought - I will drop the automated checks in next release.
