Labels huisnummers bevatten geen toevoegingen #4

On import from the first tab the labels on layer Pand (punt) don't show letters or other characters than numbers.

A label regex like [:](-?[^,)]*)[,)]* will fix that, but leads to unreadable labels on multiple places.

label size of 0.5 meter fixes that and is in accordance with 'official' BGT styling.
