Thank you for your effort. Unfortunately your implementation does not solve 'huisnummerreeksen' and constructions with eg. a / (which actually exists).
In the end I adopted the following regex as a solution: [:](-?[^,)]*)[,)]* which IMHO catches all things we should regard as the first huisnummer.
