The first error was solved. Originally posted by @Vetalb60 in https://github.com/MarcoG3/WhatsDump/issues/66#issuecomment-877618679

But now, I have another: WhatsDump - [main]: Exception in verification: Can not accept EULA

This issue has already been resolved: 64

If you have more issues with it, try to find a solution here. (this is the same as whatsdump, only with a GUI).This issue is resolved there.
