Reduce bigdecimal.js file size #2

The size of bigdecimal.js is 172KB, the applications are downloaded faster
if you reduce this size.

The Yahoo YUI compressor is good for this.  I ran the compressor on the 2 
javascript
files and this was the result - 28k for both files.

It would be nice if the files could be combined. I imagine this would be easy 
to do.

YES, WE NEED A WAY TO REDUCE THE FINAL GENERATED JAVA SCRIPT FILE
THIS WILL BE GOOD FOR THE BIG APPLICATIONS
