Cache playlist analysis based on the playlist seed. #267

What will happen if the playlist has changed in a different instance, and we have an outdated seed? Check matching seeds with the last one making check request to the api.

Currently we are allowing to analyze the saved/liked tracks, as this is not a usual playlist, there is no snapshot_id
