gsm shield SIM900 Tinysine + ethernet shield (arduino MEGA)

I followed all instructions and the gsmshield works fine with mega. I'm trying to use ehternet shield with gsm shield together:

• pin 11, 12, 13 not conneted to gsm shield but connect to SPI pins
• pin 4 (microSD) seems to me doesn't create problems with gsmshield (in gms.cpp rxpin=3 and txpin=2 and on=8 reset=9) Result: nothing works...no gsm, no ethernet. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.
