Cumulative Hydra hardware changes to date:

1) Change LCD backlight to a PWM pin
2) Fix RTC battery location
3) Find shorter 47 and 10 uF caps for power section, change cap pin locations 
to suit
4) Find L1 in a more suitable package
5) Move BNC connector inboard
6) Full silk around all small caps
7) Move upper-left standoff above FTDI headers
