This pull request aims to setup the basic foundations for a well development software.

Removed

Vendor folder from the git repository which is the main cause of the huge file changed number
.env file from git repository
Other minor files that are not supposed to be inside the repository

Added

.env.example for the basic starting point of a repository clone
.gitignore file in order to maintain the repository clean
Database factories for the current database design
Database seeders for the current database design
Add basic tests for current models

Changed

Improve migrations for the current database design
Minor cleanup
Update composer.json with some useful dev packages

Fixed

Fix naming on courses table
