Volume thru Airfoil #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. play thru an airport express using Airfoil
2. using the IR remote to play/pause, skip the tracks and change the volume

What is the expected output? 
play/pause, tracks should be skipped and the output volume should be modified

What do you see instead?
tracks skiping and play/pause are ok, but the output volume doesn't change (the 
Audirvana volume knob actually moves, but without any effect)

What version of the product are you using? 
0.6a

On what operating system?
mac os 10.6.6

Please provide any additional information below.

the Audirvana interface, below the volume knob, shows "Digital volume". 
Maybe it should say "Master volume"? How can I switch it?

Digital/Master volume is information given by the audio device where it is 
called virtual or digital volume control.
So I can't change that.
Audirvana selects master volume if avail, before looking for virtual.
