Playlist improvement #37

It would be nice to manage the playlist without using the mouse. This is 
extremely useful if you are managing a playlist while playing live to hundreds 
or thousands of people. The idea is that you drag files into the playlist and 
then use keys to move songs around. 

After selecting a song using up and down arrows one can move the song up and 
down the playlist using command-up and down. The same would work if you 
selected multiple songs too. 

As far as I know, there is no way to do this using any other audio player. Some 
have said they would implement it but it never has happened. It's so simple 
that it's insane this feature is missing. This avoids accidental double clicks 
that changes the track, etc..
