Adding "Playlist" and "Player" menu items to the "Window" menu #75

The common way that most mac apps provide management and keyboard shortcuts for
windows is from the "Window" menu, which allows for you to open each of the
major windows in the application with a keyboard shortcut. To me, it would make
sense for Audirvana to include "Playlist" and "Player" (or whatever words you
prefer) menu items within the window menu, with shortcuts like cmd-1 and cmd-2
to open them if they're closed. Currently, if the playlist window is closed,
the only way to open it is by using the "playlist" button in the player window.
The player window doesn't seem to be able to closed or be minimized, only
hidden along with the entire app.

Additionally, it'd be great if the playlist and player windows responded to
cmd-w. Seems kind of silly to have the windows behave in such a non-standard
way. The playlist button and display off buttons could still function in the
same way, of course.

Great app. Thanks for the continued development.
