Merged all SPARQL Queries for related Paper Information

Merged SPARQL Queries for paper, model, method, software, input/outout data and disciplines into seperate queries (URL too long if everything is combined), test using API instead (see Issue #5)

Single SPARQL query to Wikidata for related publication (critical for papers with long list of authors?) . All other queries removed using dynmaic option sets (via Wikidata API).

Removed most SPARQL queries to MaRDI KG using dynamic option sets (via MaRDI KG API). Remaining ones should be unproblematic.
