add Gutenberg-Richter law plot #1

Hey, haven't seen progress here for few months, and Heroku app through error...

If project is still alive, I could make PR to bring it here too. Or maybe you want to do it yourself, haha

Hey! The project is still alive, but I have been a bit busy with life in the past month or two! The next month is still going to be a roller coaster for me, but I may have more time by the end of November/December! Feel free to add any change you want, I will review it whenever I have some time and add it in. The app on heroku should be slow but still working, though. At least, it did for me.
