Format R package #1

I can help make this follow the Rstudio R package format, i just did it this morning for the benchmark dataset.

awesome! I think this is the right next step. I was planning to do it after Wednesday, but if you want it would be great to have your help in that. Good news is also that now is possible to download directly the point cloud 1km tiles too, making this package particularly more useful. I also contacted NEON folks and suggested to eventually join our strengths and integrate it in the NEON utilities in some extent. What do you think?
