counter missing for custom home menu items and disfunctional

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.by checking the top movies or tv show counter
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
accessing my custom favorites home menu item for my movies ,the movies counter 
from the movies library shows instead of the files source real file/folder 
count , same for my animes set as tv shows and advanced launcher shows no 
counter at all , not to mention theres no counter in the home menue for my 
custom menu items

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
using eden 11 xbmc windows on w7 64bit ultimate sp1

Please provide any additional information below.
please fix this , much appreciated

I've got the same issue on the missing counters on custom menu items. 
I'm tried Eden 11 and frodo beta 1 on W7 and OSX.

On my site it's now working. I installed Aeon nox to see if it would have the 
same problem and it did. I swithed back to MQ4 and now it works? Strange but 
apperently installing other skins enable this function.
