Album Fanart not appearing in background

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to MUSIC
2. select an ALBUM
3. play a SONG
4. album box art appears but not the album fanart in the background

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is to see my album fanart in background.
As it is now, the album box art appears
but the album fanart in the back doesn't appear.
instead, the album fanart is the default mq4 blue'ish background...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 7 x64
xbmc 12 latest
mq4 latest

Please provide any additional information below.
in MQ3 it was working ok,
since MQ4, it doesn't work.
thats why i started from scratch
and got myself the latest XBMC and MQ4 version.
but still, even on this new install,
the Album Fanart is not appearing in background when i listen to a song..
