_ForCAVAFY documents can create duplicate titles #119
This is because
(1) Checking for duplicates only includes ASCII characters
(2) Cavafy import will create a new title if it is not identical to the existing title
So a new episode title like "Benny Moré" will be added to a record with an episode title like "Benny More"
