Process documents by grouping instantiations by

Collection
Series
Asset
Instantiation

E.g. Run parseDavidTitle on all.

Then

for-each-group <collection> gather collection data
for-each-group <series> gather series data
for-each-group <cavafyID> gather asset data

Finally, add instantiation data
