winetricks goving wrong cabextract instruction

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.give the right direction
2.know what cab extract is called for yum 
3.http://pkgs.org/centos-6-rhel-6/repoforge-i386/cabextract-1.4-1.el6.rf.i686.rp
m/download/ has link for the cabextract

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
So I was following instructions to install flash for ie7.
./winetricks comctl32 comctl32.ocx corefonts gdiplus msls31 msxml3 msxml4
msxml6 riched20 riched30 tahoma fontfix liberation tahoma mfc40 mfc42 msls31
pdh riched20 riched30 tahoma urlmon wininet native_mdac ole2

some of the pakages requires cabextract file and gives this message:

Cannot find cabextract.  Please install it (e.g. 'sudo apt-get install 
cabextract' or 'sudo yum install cabextract').
------------------------------------------------------
however, typing yum install cabextract does not do the trick.
Can you fix it so it gives the right message?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wintricks latest version. Cents os 6.3
