It should show this guard clause also as the current activity diagram does not accurately model the behavior of the code.

Reason for disagreement: No unique prefixes used and no unique identifier present are not equivalence partitions and as such you separated them with 2 guard clauses in your code. Your activity diagram should reflect this too.
