IMO this seems a bit out of scope, why not just use their tool? This doesn't seem to have anything to do with cookies or cookie banners

I think it's essential for cookie related compliance (as has been found from our meetings with the experts), and definitely would bring value to users as an all around cookie compliance tool. And it can be related to cookie because cookies are the ones being sent (ofc dependent on the cookie's domain settings etc).

I argue it's enough in the scope and moreover, not too difficult to implement. Why not offer our users a solution to this in the same scan? It doesn't make sense to not implement based on it being done elsewhere already, as having it in one tool clearly makes the user's life easier (only having to look at one tool, not multiple). We can chat about this more.
