Add flexibility to correct_time function

To consider:

1. change observation/media but not deployment times (see Andora dataset for use case)
2. allow changes to partial deployments
3. allow changes to multiple / all deployments?
4. option to provide time interval instead of reference times?

3&4 could be achieved with ... argument for general filter criteria instead of current fixed ID arguments?
