Unable to see groups when note is added #6

Expected:

I should always be able to view the groups in order to easily filter/ know what groups the person is in.

Actual:

Groups are no longer visible when a note is added, and there is no longer an easy way to view it. This makes it very hard for me to remember the groups assigned to the user. (as seen in person 1 and 4)

Steps to reproduce:

Add a note to any person eg. person 1 /note
Ui no longer shows groups
