Currently we don't support translations of the imagery names, if we did, this would already be done in https://app.transifex.com/openstreetmap/id-editor/imagery/ The main issue is that supporting this implies supporting a third translation format (Android, gnutext and new JSON yaml) and that really, except for the global mosaics, there is no reason for translation to start with.
In iD editor, imagery is translated : just have a look at the screenshots in this issue https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/9147 and you will see that the first line is in french and that the help on the first line (screenshot 2) is also in french. Same thing for the line 3, in english in Vespucci (see above) but in french in iD. Because the original english texts are in transiflex (and because I myself translated the 2 polish texts one year ago). I think it would be great to have the same thing on Vespucci.
When we want to change the imagery (with "Select imagery..."), the first line is "None".
This text is not on Transifex.
Some other lines could be translated = "Bing aerial imagery", "Esri World imagery", "OpenStreetMap (French, or German, Style)", etc.
Could you add these texts ?
