What am I about to paste? #2239

"Paste object" doesn't tell the user about what they're about to paste.

My suggestion is to make the menu item "Paste <object type icon> <object preset icon>". That should provide all the critical information with minimum screen space. The object type icon represents a node, open way, closed way, or relation, as seen on https://wiki.openstreetmap.org.

(It's probably not necessary to change the "Paste multiple times" menu item, if the "Paste" menu item already shows this information just above it.)

Note that there is no way to have icons after text (and more than one) with Androids standard popup menu, so implementing this will require producing a custom menu system. As a tendency it is likely better to display this in the paste action mode.

Thanks for the information. Showing it in the paste action mode can work, too. (That would also work well with #2222, if/when that is implemented - the "clipboard cycle" button could also be shown in the paste action mode, so the object to be pasted could be changed before as well as after it is pasted.)
