Good text and points. But, again AI checker gave 99% - probably the same as you mentioned in your first exercise.

Moving forward I will ensure that all text is written by myself. Instead I will use ChatGPT to ask about the quality of my writing. Would this be a better way of getting use from ChatGPT?

You must find the best way it works for you and reflects your writing.

I can share with you how I use it:

Generate ideas/summary of the content I need
Write a text - which I then re-write (removing complicated words, reducing wordy phrases, etc.)
Rewrite my text with XYZ (for example, 1 phrase, 50 words, simple language etc.). And then I re-write it again.
