Hello, I am trying this workflow but I can't get it to work.

configalfredjoplin

My Joplin is: 2.14.19

Sorry I missed this question.

I've got the latest Joplin 3.0.15

Couple of things you can try: At "Joplin_key" you should need to get this from your Joplin Settings:

Make sure you have allowed the "joplin" Unix Executable File included in the Alfred Joplin Workflow
You might need to allow it using Apple, System Settings & Privacy & Security

Thank you, yes, I have the authorization token (just hidden in the screenshot earlier).

I couldn't find where to allow the "joplin" Unix Executable File in the Privacy & Security but instead I located it in Finder by right clicking on the beginning of the flow icon and got the directory, run the Unix file by doubleclick and I got this:

Bad CPU type in executable

Same if I try to run the executable in the terminal.

Are you on Intel (x86_64) or Apple Silicon (ARM64)? I've added a intel release in case you are on intel... I've not tested it...

itoldusoandso commented 2 months ago

Yes, thank you I am on Intel. Tried this time but still same error. I have deleted the plugin and installed the intel version: joplin_alfred_workflow.v1.0.8-intel

-bash: /Users/USERNAME/Library/Application Support/Alfred/Alfred.alfredpreferences/workflows/user.workflow.E2CEE1D2-7706-460B-9B62-E1207B64C60C/joplin: Bad CPU type in executable

So if it's too complicated just leave it be. Not worth to fix something that is obsolete. I was wondering if I can get it working but it looks like something not compatible.
