https://github.com/goxr3plus/Java-Audio-Wave-Spectrum-API might implement this down the line to have better control over mp3 markers

I'm not reading most mp3s frame by frame so it might be possible to check the data now for loudness, need to look into it but then the getDuration method needs to be reworked to support VBR and low quality mp3s
