add some kind of editor filter or check so it doesn't edit files that are not on that PC #18

if the editor is not the same it should not show files or not let you edit them or something... if the files are local if it's network then it's fine

editor is now being saved in the database and when you try to open a file that's not local and "owned" by someone else, it just ignores the request one the system is refactored as stated in #10, this should prolly be changed so that you can still edit the database but not rename the file, and the original author gets told there have been changes
