filter song database view #8

the song database needs a filter so it's easier to find a specific thing you need that can include an "is empty" filter for finding only songs that need editing

implemented basic filtering... prolly needs to be done better cause atm you have to handle every combination or it doesn't work... example... if artist and location is searched only you have to have a special line of code for that case... maybe if something is null set it to "" and always search for it or something like that would be a workaround

figured out the basics and added a few filters will close for now... it might need a filter for each field but i'm not sure if i want it yet...
