I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but after testing multiple themes, it seems that Discord has once again pushed an update that fully broke every existing theme.

Version: stable 339221 (3687267) Host 1.0.9168 x64 (54039) Build Override: N/A Windows 10 64-bit (10.0.19043) Vencord 88e8fa7 (Standalone) Electron 32.0.0 Chromium 128.0.6613.36

it was actually an issue with Vencord itself
