Mark if the bid price is lower that FUTBIN price #187

Hello, Thanks again for the script, I wonder that is it possible to mark a column if the BID price is lower than FUTBIN price same as "Mark Bargain" feature.

Duplicate of #121.

It's certainly possible, however there seem to be multiple criteria people want to use, which will create quite a hassle to maintain. So that's why I'm quite hesitant to add this.
