Changes need review.

-Reduced symbol instances -Removed redundant library symbols -Fixed tweens -Graphics/shapes embedded directly to movieclip container -Fixed shack marker art. (Disappearing Background) -Named library and instance symbols -Overall organization

Not sure how to ignore the readme change.
