Created command init on package.json to run sequelize db:create && sequelize db:migrate
Create relative path aliases @mixins + @libComponents + @resources
Fix typo on EventBus file
Turned UserItem.vue into a functional component for performance.
Made Identificator.vue validate it's prop.
