Flail Expertise does not work with Arena Training #128

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Arena Fighter
2. Tripple Headed Flail + Bastard Sword Arena Weapons
3. Flail Expertise Feat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Flail expertise feat should add the feat bonus to damage rolls with the bastard 
sword as well as per Arena Training. It currently does not do so.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems that arena training does work with a heavy blade + light blade and 
light blade expertise. Same thing with heavy blade + hammer and bludgeon 
expertise. It may just be a bug with arena training and flail expertise in 
particular.

Sorry, I meant ATTACK rolls not damage rolls.
