Battle Song Expertise does not give bonus of Songblade Dagger to Implement Attacks #151

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Bard with the Battle Song Expertise.
2. Equip a Bards Songblade Dagger +1
3. Check the attack bonus for Implement Attacks, it should be +1 higher with 
the Expertise than without it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

That the Songblade dagger counts as a Bard implement for Battle Song Expertise.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The latest version (not sure where the version information is found).

Please provide any additional information below.
